The Season of Our Joy

Sukkot, also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, is a beautiful celebration of God’s faithfulness, provision, and desire to dwell among His people. Often called the Season of Our Joy, Sukkot invites us to pause, give thanks, and rejoice in the goodness of God.

 

Following the solemnity of Yom Kippur, Sukkot turns our hearts toward celebration. We remember how God faithfully led and protected Israel through the wilderness, providing for His people every step of the way. And we look forward to the greater fulfillment of His presence among us, knowing that “the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14).

 

More than a remembrance, Sukkot is an invitation to come into God’s presence with gratitude, joy, and renewed hope. It reminds us that God desires fellowship with His people and calls us to celebrate His faithfulness together.
